General Terms and Conditions
By signing this form, parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Admission and Enrollment
Admission is subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria. Submission of this form does not guarantee admission; it will be confirmed only after review and approval by the school authorities.
2. Documentation
All required documents (birth certificate, ID proof, etc.) must be submitted before admission is finalized. Any falsification or withholding of information will lead to cancellation of admission.
3. Fees and Payment
Parents agree to pay the school fees as per the prescribed fee structure and schedule (in advance). Late payment of fees may attract penalties or lead to temporary suspension of services. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
4. Attendance and Conduct
Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. Prolonged or unexplained absence may result in cancellation of enrollment. Students must adhere to the school's code of conduct. Misbehavior, violence, or repeated indiscipline may result in disciplinary action or expulsion.
5. Health and Safety
Parents must disclose any medical condition, allergy, or special need of the child at the time of admission. In case of emergencies, the school has the authority to provide first aid and/or arrange for medical treatment.
6. Academics and Curriculum
The school reserves the right to modify the curriculum, timetable, and teaching methods in accordance with educational needs and regulatory guidelines.
